Brett Johnson has worked in Fertility for close to two decades. He worked in Organon’s commercial organisation for the first ten years of his career, before transitioning to a role in Medical Affairs responsible for both Women’s Health and Fertility. For the last decade he has been the Regional Director Medical Affairs having responsibility for Women’s Health (Contraception) and Fertility in the Asia Pacific region for MSD.

In June of 2021, MSD created a spin off and Organon & Co emerged as a company focused on the unmet medical needs of women. Brett currently holds the position of Global Director Medical Affairs – Fertility at Organon & Co. Prior to joining Organon, Brett worked at Adelaide University in the department of Anatomical Science.
