Dr. Duc Anh Ha is the Vice Chief of Cabinet Office, Ministry of Health, Vietnam. He is also an Associate Professor in the Department of Quantitative Health Sciences, University of Massachusetts and an adjunct lecturer in health economics and epidemiology at Hanoi School of Public Health, National Institute of Nutrition and Hanoi Medical University. Dr. Ha received his MD from Hanoi Medical School, his Master of Sciences in Population and International Health from Harvard School of Public Health and his Ph.D. from Boston School of Public Health. He has also published over 70 peer-reviewed articles in both international and Vietnamese journals.
