Professor Enlan Xia graduated from Northwestern Medical University in 1955. She is the founder and pioneer of Hysteroscopy in China. Engaged in clinical, teaching, and scientific research in obstetrics and gynecology for 66 years, has made many innovations in the field of gynecological endoscopy with team cooperation. She has published 254 papers, edited 4 professional books, translated and published 6 professional books. “Clinical Application and Basic Research of Hysteroscopy” won the second prize of National award in 2004. In 2017, she was honored as the father of hysteroscopy in the world by the First Global Hysteroscopy Conference.
