Ge Lin M.D., Ph.D. 1992-1999 studied clinical medicine in Hunan Medical College. In 2003, he got his Ph.D degree in medical genetics. He is the vise-director of the Key Laboratory of Human Stem Cell and Reproductive Engineering, National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China. In 2017, He became the president of Reproductive and Genetic Hospital of CITIC-XIANGYA. His research interests include human embryology, PGT and human embryonic stem cell. He with colleagues firstly developed next generation sequencing platform for PGT, the “Microseq” technology to distinguish translocation carrier in blastocyst and the first cancer-free baby in China. He also involved in the work to establish the first human embryonic stem cell line and clinical applicable embryonic stem cell bank in China. He published more than 40 peer reviewed papers in international journals.
