Instructions for Abstract Presenters
Abstract authors who have been notified on the acceptance of your abstract for presentation at
The 11th Virtual Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2022),
please read through this page carefully to prepare your participation.
Kindly note that for your abstract presentation to be scheduled successfully in the ASPIRE 2022 scientific programme, you are required to complete the following items by the stipulated deadlines.
1. REGISTRATION
- Presenting author of abstracts are required to be registered participants to ASPIRE 2022.
- Please register for the virtual Congress by 1 March 2022.

2. SUBMISSION OF FINAL PRESENTATION
A. Oral presenters- Presenting authors are required to do their own oral presentation recording.
- All oral presentations are allocated a duration of 10 minutes. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that the presentation recording is within 10 minutes. Authors will be requested to re-record your presentation if it exceeds the stipulated duration.
- Oral presentations should be made in clear English.
- All presentations will be made on-demand on the virtual Congress platform until 28 April 2023.
- All abstracts will be included in the ASPIRE 2022 electronic abstract book.
- Please submit your 10 minutes presentation recording in 720p, mp4 format using the submission link provided to you in your acceptance notification letter.
- Submission deadline: 1 April 2022

- Poster presentation must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
- All presentations will be made on-demand on the virtual Congress platform until 1 May 2023.
- All abstracts will be included in the ASPIRE 2022 electronic abstract book.
- Please prepare your poster presentation using either of the templates provided. Click here to view and download templates.
To download the template, click File > Download > Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) - Please submit your poster presentation in a 1-page PDF (file size <5 MB) on the abstract submission portal*: https://gisgroup.eventsair.com/aspire-2022/aspire2022abstract
*Please login to the portal using your existing account credentials. - Submission deadline: 1 April 2022
How to save your presentation slide to PDF:- In PowerPoint select File > Export.
- Click Create PDF/XPS Document, then click Create PDF/XPS.
- In the Publish as PDF or XPS dialog box, choose a location to save the file to.
- Click Publish.
3. PRESENTATION SCHEDULE
A. Oral presentersYour presentation will be scheduled to a free communication session in the scientific programme and will be broadcast at the allocated session date and time. There is no Q&A time assigned*. If you are open to receiving questions from the viewers, you may wish to advise your contact details in your presentation.
*Shortlisted oral presenters to be evaluated for the Best 5 Oral Presentations will be provided with live Q&A time of 5 minutes. Additional information will be provided to shortlisted presenters separately.
B. Poster presenters
Your presentation will be scheduled to a poster board number in the scientific programme and will be made available at the Poster Hall from 21 April 2022 – 1 May 2023.
