Prof. Rombauts is the Group Medical Director of Monash IVF Group. He is the President of the Fertility Society of Australia and New Zealand, the President of the World Endometriosis Society and a Trustee of the World Endometriosis Research Foundation. He is Adjunct Clinical Professor in the Department of O&G at Monash University and Head of the Reproductive Medicine Clinic at Monash Health.

His clinical interests are advanced laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis, male and female reproductive microsurgery, and the management of male and female infertility, including all aspects of IVF.
