Pre-Congress: Submission of presentation slides

Oral presenters are requested to upload your PowerPoint slides via the PowerPoint Submission Link below by 3 July 2020, 23:59 (GMT +8)

Oral Presenters will need to report to the Speakers’ Ready Room located at Meeting Room 8, 2F, Secretariat Building, PICC at least 3 hours prior to your allocated session to confirm your presentation slides.

Each Oral Presenter will be allocated 8 minutes for your presentation (including video) and 4 minutes for questions and answers. Total of 12 minutes for each Oral presenter.

File Format
  • Slide Size: 4×3 Microsoft Office PowerPoint format
  • Font Type: Please use Arial, Times New Roman or Verdana
  • Font Size: No smaller than 24
  • Video Type: AVI, MPG and WMV
  • Page Orientation: Landscape format
  • File Size: Limited to 20MB
File Name Format

Please label your file as follows and do not include symbols such as ( ) , / ~ ’ in your file name because this will cause your file improperly stored in Session Room computers.

 Example: FC1_1_Michael Smith_ Abstract Title

  • Abbreviation of Session Name and Order (FC01, FC02, FC03…FC20)
  • Presentation Order (As noted in the Oral Presentation Submission Reminder)
  • Your First and Last Name
  • Your Abstract Title
Important Notes
  • It is important to review your slides that you have uploaded 3 hours before your presentation. In the event of any update, please bring along your slides in a USB to the speakers’ ready room at least 3 hours prior to your session as a backup
  • Arrive at the session room at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session
  • The schedule of free communication will be announced in a notification email which will be sent out in June.
  • Please check the final programme to confirm the date, time, room and order of your presentation.
  • Seats will be reserved for presenters at the front row of the meeting room.
  • Ensure that you keep to the time allocated to you, as it will cause disruption to sessions if you run over your allotted time.
  • Please make sure you submit the final version of your presentation before entering the meeting room. No changes will be allowed in the meeting room.
  • No personal laptop is allowed. Presenter must use the laptop provided on site. Should you need any further clarification, please contact the Conference Secretariat at
