Dr. Virgilio Novero, Jr. had his fellowship tr raining in Infertility and Reproductive Medicine at the Free University of Brussels under prof. Paul Devroey. He subsequently has further short term trainings at McGill University, Stanford University, and Monash University. He completed his Master of Science in the Biotechnology of Human Assisted Reproduction and Environmental embryology at the University of Valencia and IVI-RMA. He is an Associate Professor at the University of Manila.He is a past president of the Philippine Society for Reproductive Medicine and current /founding president of the Philippine Society for Fertility Preservation. He is the current Vice President of ASPIRE and the current treasurer of the Asian Society for Fertility Preservation.He has published many scientific local and international research articles and has delivered over 250 local and International scientific talks. He is the current Head of the Center for Advanced Reproductive Medicine and Infertility (CARMI) at the St. Luke’s Medical Center Global City in Metro Manila.
